Ellen Minderman, formerly director of enterprise solutions at Raytheon‘s (NYSE: RTN) intelligence, information and services business, has joined Research Innovations Inc. as vice president of command, control, communications, computers and intelligence.
RII said Tuesday Minderman will oversee the companys C41 business unit that covers joint command-and-control and targeting, mobile and tactical C2 platforms and information operations in support of U.S. military branches and allies.
RII CEO Jack Harrington said Minderman is a business leader and that he looks forward to working with her to develop C4I technology capabilities designed to address national challenges.
Minderman spent nearly a decade at Raytheon, where she also served as director of Defense Department programs.
Prior to Raytheon, she held the roles of director of operations at Professional Solutions, business development director at L3 Titan and chief operating officer at FGM.
The defense industry veteran worked for 11 years at Northrop Grummans (NYSE: NOC) information systems business as a software engineering manager.
