Randy Kempton Named Raytheon’s Operations, Supply Chain VP for Land & Air Defense Systems

Randy Kempton, a 16-year veteran of Raytheon now RTX (NYSE: RTX), has been named vice president of operations and supply chain for land and air defense systems at the defense contractor.

He announced his new post at Raytheon on LinkedIn and shared that he will work with colleagues, stakeholders and industry partners to navigate the supply chain and operations landscape to deliver warfighting capabilities “as quickly and efficiently as possible to defend democracy across the globe.”

Kempton most recently served as VP of strategic engagement systems responsible for overseeing Raytheon’s strategic and missile defense interceptor programs.

Before that, he was senior director of the Tomahawk, Naval Strike Missile and Joint Strike Missile programs.

His Raytheon career also includes time as a senior program manager of the Tomahawk department, international program manager and program integrator.
