Kempton most recently served as VP of strategic engagement systems responsible for overseeing Raytheon’s strategic and missile defense interceptor programs.
Before that, he was senior director of the Tomahawk, Naval Strike Missile and Joint Strike Missile programs.
His Raytheon career also includes time as a senior program manager of the Tomahawk department, international program manager and program integrator.
