In the new role Jones will also advance individual and corporate capability. Jones has more than two decades of experience in the Talent Acquisition, Management, and Development space. Before joining the company, Jones served for five years within Talent Acquisition and HR strategy.
Prior to joining Radiance, she led the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams at various Department of Defense (DoD) high-tech firms. Jones earned a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is certified as a senior professional in Human Resources by HRCI.
