Quest Global, an engineering services provider to the aerospace and defense sectors, has acquired and integrated software development company EXB Solutions into the Ohio-based Quest Defense Systems & Solutions business.
Minnesota-headquartered EXB employs more than 170 engineers and provides full life cycle software development support to customers in the aerospace and defense and medical technology industries, Quest Global said Thursday.
The Singaporean engineering firm established its defense organization in the U.S. last year.
