In a recent Executive Spotlight interview, ExecutiveBiz spoke with Eleanor Desai, chief operating officer at Ad Hoc, to talk about her strategic goals for the company and what markets she is keeping an eye on in the federal industry. She also discussed Ad Hoc’s government contracting partnerships, its workforce and the core values that are important to the company’s culture.
Here’s an excerpt from the interview with Desai detailing some of AD Hoc’s initiatives:
“Ad Hoc is looking to make a significant thrust at the macro level as we transition into a larger business. We’re firmly in this space now and we’re putting a lot of focus on all the things to underpin, which includes contract vehicles, prime contracts, great partnerships, etc.
From a strategy perspective, there are a number of different aspects we take away from our huge anchor customers…
Ad Hoc is laser-focused on expanding into other areas. We’ve had a third business unit grow exponentially over the last year, which is our federal civilian business. Over the course of the last year, we were just a start-up in many ways. We’re going to reach a lot of milestones by the end of 2022 and we’ve done business with a lot of new government agencies.”
