The Department of Veterans Affairs has awardedPlanned Systems International a potential five-year, $156.1 million contract to provide support for the testing community overseen by the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office, or EHRM-IO, Program.
The VA EHRM-IO Program is the program executive office responsible for the deployment of and transition to the new Oracle Health EHR system.
VA announced the award of the Independent Enterprise Testing and Support Services, or IETSS, contract in a notice published Monday on SAM.gov.
IETSS Contract Scope
In April 2024, VA issued a request for information to determine the availability of vendors that can meet the IETSS contract requirements.
IETSS has a one-year base term and four 12-month option periods and covers project management, test and evaluation support, testing and technology support, test systems engineering and implementation support and test process and quality management support.
Under the contract, the selected vendor will test and evaluate software, infrastructure and environments and operations of the independent verification and validation test center and test center environments hosted in VA Enterprise Cloud.
