David Wennergren, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Professional Services Council, has been named managing director at Deloitte Consulting LLP in a move that takes effect July 5.
Deloitte said Monday his work at the company will focus on information technology modernization services for federal clients.

Wennergren joined PSC in June 2014 as senior VP for technology of the government-contracting trade organization after he served as VP of enterprise technologies and services at CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
