Precise Systems, a portfolio company of Bluestone Investment Partners, has acquired Jardon & Howard Technologies, an Orlando, Florida-headquartered provider of advanced training and simulation services to defense and civilian agencies.
JHT is a veteran-owned small business that has two decades of experience in delivering virtual training simulations, interactive courseware and human performance improvement tools to customers across the Department of Defense and the federal government, Precise Systems said Monday.
“This acquisition significantly enhances our capabilities across a number of high-priority clients and accelerates our strategy to expand into new markets,” said Scott Pfister, president and CEO of Precise Systems.
JHT is the developer of the proxSIMity simulation framework, a library of over 100 gestures used in 2D and 3D interactive training environments.
The deal marks Precise Systems’ second acquisition since it became a portfolio company of Bluestone through a strategic investment in January 2023.
In November 2023, Precise Systems acquired Excet, a Springfield, Virginia-based provider of scientific research and engineering services to the U.S. military.
