TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 10, 2021 — Pramod Raheja, co-founder and CEO of Airgility, said the company is looking to artificial intelligence to build out autonomous unmanned systems and exploring the potential of AI technology to advance perimeter security methods.
He told ExecutiveBiz in an interview posted Jan. 29 that Airgility has developed tools to help the Department of Homeland Security and other law enforcement agencies perform public safety missions.
“We started with DHS to focus on public safety, which includes fire, search and rescue, police and more. That translates to what we’re working on with the U.S. Air Force. We’re also trying to work with the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy as well. We also have an opportunity with the Marine warfighting labs.”
Raheja added the company has supported a joint U.S.-U.K. maritime security initiative through DHS.
