He will succeed the retiring Charlie Mathis and report to Nazzic Keene, CEO of SAIC and a 2020 Wash100 Award winner, the company said Thursday.
Keene said Natarajan will bring to the company his leadership experience as a finance executive in defense, aerospace and technology markets as SAIC advances its positions in key markets and carry out its long-term growth strategy.
Natarajan most recently served as VP for financial strategy and planning and VP for mergers and acquisitions at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC). He also served as CFO for the defense contractor’s information systems business and as corporate VP and treasurer. He also held senior positions at AES (NYSE: AES) and PwC.
