TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 29, 2019 ” The Potomac Officers Club ” a division of Executive Mosaic ” will be hosting the 2019 Artificial Intelligence Summit on Feb. 13 at the Hilton-McLean in McLean, Va. Dana Deasy of the Department of Defense, Dawn Meyerriecks of the CIA and Dean Souleles of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence will serve as keynote speakers.On June 27, 2018, Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan, then deputy secretary, announced the establishment of the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center to accelerate the delivery of AI-based capabilities. Dana Deasy, DoD chief information officer, was tasked with leading JAIC, which will advance collaboration within œDoD, across government, and with industry, academia, and U.S. allies to strengthen partnerships, highlight critical needs, solve problems of urgent operational significance, and adapt AI technologies for DoD missions.
Join the Potomac Officers Club to hear Dana Deasy and other public and private sector leaders discuss government AI priorities and programs as well as future initiatives.
