Phil Fraher, former chief financial officer at software vendor Zilliant, has joined satellite imagery analysis technology developer Descartes Labs as CFO.
He brings three decades of industry experience to Descartes Labs and will oversee its financial, legal and accounting functions in his new position, the company said Friday.
Fraher previously held financial management roles at Dun and Bradstreet, Cahners Business Information’s electronic media division and Pilot Software.
Descartes Labs announced his appointment along with the completion of its $20M Series B-2 funding round led by Union Grove Venture Partners.
