He will lead the company that supports health care and social service programs for military personnel.
Smallwood joined PFS in July 2019 after his prior role as principal at Atlas Research, where he oversaw the latter’s work with the Department of Veteran Affairs. The two companies operate a joint venture known as Titan Alpha.
He also previously worked as Atlas Research’s chief of staff and served in the U.S. Marine Corps before he entered the private sector 2013.
