Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has won a potential four-year, $237.2M other transaction agreement to build an enterprise information technology platform to support U.S. Army education and training programs.
The company's enterprise solutions business will provide development, integration, operation, maintenance and delivery services under the OTA, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Army Contracting Command received three bids for the project via an online solicitation process and the service branch obligated $14.5M at the time of award.
