The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has awarded Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) a potential five-year, $149 million task order to host three enterprise mainframe applications for the agency.
The company said Friday it will help process and manage Medicare Part A and Part B claims under the follow-on order that has one base year and four option years.
“We look forward to a long and continued partnership in supporting CMS and its mission to continuously improve delivery to beneficiaries and providers,” said Mac Curtis, president and CEO of Perspecta and a four-time Wash100 winner.
Perspecta was formed in June upon the combination of DXC Technology‘s U.S. public sector business, Vencore and KeyPoint Government Solutions.
