Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has won a potential five-year, $905.7M task order to help U.S. Army Cyber Command manage and secure the military service’s networks against security threats.
The company said Wednesday it will provide operations support to ARCYBER headquarters and subordinate components, U.S. Cyber Command service components, Joint Forces Headquarters-Cyber and other Department of Defense cyber mission partners.
Mac Curtis, president and CEO at Perspecta and a 2019 Wash100 winner, said the company has a deep experience in research and development of technology platforms intended for an evolving cyber landscape.
“We are honored to bring our breadth of cyberspace operations experience to our ARCYBER customer and are energized to get to work,” Curtis added.
The task order has one base year, followed by four option years, and represents new work for the company.
