Paul McQuillan, a strategic partner at Battle Investment Group, was appointed as chief growth and strategy officer at Oceus Networks, a government telecommunication services provider that the private investment management firm acquired in 2020.
The executive will use his more than three decades of experience in technology products and services to drive Oceus Networks’ business development efforts and lead its sales operations and market engagements, the company said Friday.
At Battle Investment Group, McQuillan analyzes the acquisitions and investment activities of its partner companies and supports the capital market firm’s strategic planning and growth initiatives.
His career also includes time serving as president and chief operating officer of Culmen International, chief growth officer of A-T Solutions, now PAE (Nasdaq: PAE), and federal vice president for government solutions at AT&T (NYSE: T).
In his new role at Oceus Networks, McQuillan will report to Jeff Harman, company president.
The company provides hardware and software for government and military command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance operations. It seeks to strengthen 5G security and resiliency in support of the Department of Defense and commercial private networks.
