The appointment marks Ruhe’s return to GDIT, where he served as cloud solutions director and defense cloud capability lead from February 2021 to April 2022.

Before rejoining GDIT, he served as a principal at IT consulting firm Capgemini for three years.
The newly appointed VP spent a decade as a senior manager at Deloitte and served as an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Earlier in his career, the Pennsylvania State University graduate served as a software engineer at CACI and Eagan McAllister Associates.
