Thomas Topolski, who managed capital programs at Parsons from 1998 to 2008, has returned to the company as senior vice president of its infrastructure business and director of business development for its transport division.
He will oversee strategic growth plans as well as manage transport-related sales and performance in his new roles, Parsons said Thursday.
Prior to rejoining the company, he was executive vice president and managing director for Turner & Townsend‘s business operations in North America.
Mike Johnson, a Parsons group president, said that Topolski brings 35 years of professional experience in the areas of operations, program management, strategic planning and corporate compliance.
