Meier is an aerospace technology executive with over three decades of experience spanning the defense, intelligence, civil and international space sectors. The technology strategist spent over five years at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory as associate director of research and director of the naval center for space technology. He also worked at Perspecta, Ipsilum and Lockheed Martin, where he served as vice president of new business initiatives.
Before joining the private sector, Meier held leadership roles at NASA, the National Reconnaissance Office and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. During his first stint at NRL, Meier served as a research physicist for over four years. He was also a senior scientist at Raytheon.
Who Is John Davies?
Davies was elevated to CTO after serving as VP of technology strategy since joining Parsons in January. He previously served as program manager for the digital RF battlespace emulator at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
Before DARPA, Davies held leadership and engineering roles in the private sector, including branch director and technical fellow at Leidos, technical development manager at BAE Systems, and senior hardware engineer at ADI Engineering.
