TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 2, 2016 ” Parsons will work to deliver research and development as well as engineering services to the Naval Research Laboratory under a previously awarded $245 million multi-award U.S. Navy contract, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.
The company said Tuesday the contract covers support to NRL’s information technology division in the areas of artificial intelligence, man-machine interfaces, data storage and computing, communications, security, networking and operational IT.
Mary Ann Hopkins, Parsons federal group president, said the company will utilize its experience in communications, cybersecurity and information assurance to support NRL.
