Thomas Topolski, formerly senior vice president for rail and transit business development at Parsons, has been promoted to executive VP for infrastructure business development.
Parsons said Wednesday Topolski will report directly to Chief Operating Officer Carey Smith and oversee proposal, capture and alternative project delivery efforts in his new position.
He will also be responsible for identifying potential market opportunities for the company’s infrastructure business.
The three-decade industry veteran performed infrastructure transportation assignments for Parsons in Washington D.C. and the Middle East from 1998 to 2008.
He held leadership positions at Louis Berger and Turner & Townsend‘s North American arm before he returned to Parsons in August of last year.
