In her new role, the RELI Group veteran will oversee the strategic development, execution and oversight of health initiatives within the organization. She is responsible for enhancing operations, driving innovation and fostering strategic partnerships while ensuring programs meet company objectives, compliance standards and the community’s health needs.
Who Is Pam Geitz?
Geitz is a seasoned IT and services executive with vast experience in proposal capture, business growth and resource development. A certified Scaled Agile Framework, or SAFe, program consultant, she is also knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, project and program management, and product management.
The executive has been with RELI Group for over eight years. Before her promotion, Geitz was the director of provider support solutions practice for over four years. In this capacity, she served as a practice lead director responsible for ensuring the ethical and efficient delivery of projects. She briefly served as director of a $50 million program and senior program manager for the NPPES program. She started as a program manager and product owner, overseeing inpatient, psychiatric and cancer hospitals.
Before joining the RELI Group, Geitz worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as the requirements lead, software development project manager and project administrator.
