PAE (Nasdaq: PAE) has closed its $92M cash acquisition of Metis Solutions as part of efforts to expand its offerings and capabilities in intelligence analysis, training and program support areas.
John Heller, president and CEO of PAE and a five-time Wash100 Award winner, said in a statement published Monday the transaction will provide the company access to new customers and additional contract vehicles across the defense and intelligence communities.
“PAE, combined with Metis and the recently completed Centra Technology acquisition, significantly expands our capabilities across the intelligence and national security communities,” added Heller.
PAE said it expects the acquisition, which was initially announced in mid-November, to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA margins, free cash flow per share and organic revenue growth.
