A joint venture of PAE and Parsons has secured a potential $84.7 million contract from the U.S. Navy to carry out a range of base operations support services at Joint Region Marianas in Guam.
DZSP 21 will provide management, administration, port operations, ordnance, material management, facility management, facility investment, electrical, steam, water, base support vehicles and equipment and environmental support services at the military installation, the Defense Departmentsaid Wednesday.
The contract has a one-year base period and a five-month option.
DoD noted the obligated amount of $42.2 million is from fiscal 2017 and 2018 Navy working capital funds; 2017 and 2018 U.S. Air Force transportation working capital funds; 2017 Navy operations and maintenance funds; 2017 family housing operations and maintenance funds of the Navy, Air Force, Army and Marine Corps, and other defense contract funds.
