Orlando Figueredo, formerly vice president of operations at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and a previous Wash100 award winner, has joined Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) as VP of business development for the company’s intelligence group.
He will oversee the development of the company’s pipelines, advance growth opportunities, defend competitive recompetes and manage all business development efforts of the intelligence group, Perspecta said Monday.
Sean Mullen, senior VP of business development and sales at Perspecta, said he looks forward to working with Figueredo to position the company’s platforms and capabilities to meet clients’ enterprise information technology objectives and mission.
Prior to SAIC, Figueredo previously worked at DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) as VP of national security and at HP as VP of consulting and intelligence. He is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s advisory committee.
