NV5 Global (Nasdaq: NVEE) has acquired location data analytics and mapping services provider Axim Geospatial for an undisclosed sum.
Wisconsin-headquartered Axim has 340 employees across the globe and works with clients in the fields of enterprise GIS, survey and mapping and data analysis, NV5 said Thursday.
The acquired company maintains over 200 geospatial survey and mapping tools that support the production of geospatial data models for government and commercial customers.
Axim is the second geospatial services provider NV5 acquired over the past three months, following the purchase of L3Harris Technologies ‘ (NYSE: LHX) commercial geospatial technology and software business unit in late December 2022.
