NTT Data Services has completed its acquisition of McLean, Va.-based information technology and digital services contractor NETE in a push to further expand its services in the public sector health market.
NTT Data said Monday it will add more than 300 personnel and grow its federal health digital expertise through the transaction.
NETE has been pursuing advancements in biomedical research and health through its work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, National Institutes of Health and other agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services.
NTT Data closed the acquisition less than a week after it announced the transaction.
