Before joining the VP ranks, Bruce was director of the Emerging Systems and Strategic Initiatives’ advanced tactical systems operating unit and oversaw the BWI Restricted Programs and Longbow Apache programs.
The Vanderbilt University graduate began her career with Northrop in 1989 as a senior engineer and helped the company establish the Women’s Initiative for Networking and Success within the mission systems segment.
