According to the request for information posted on SAM.gov Wednesday, NIWC Pacific is conducting a market survey to determine small businesses capable of meeting the requirements of the potential $500 million Cyber multiple award contract, or Cyber MAC.
Interested parties have until May 2 to submit their responses.
The first option period, a $231.2 million contract, was exercised in May 2022. Peraton absorbed Perspecta and the Northrop Grumman business unit in 2021, bringing the number of awardees down to eight.
In 2024, the Navy exercised the second option, a combined $1.86 billion in contracts, enabling the eight companies to continue providing services to the service branch’s cyberspace operations.
