Former Northrop Exec Nicki Scolaro Bland Named Contracts Administration VP at Peraton

Nicki Scolaro Bland, former contract management professional at Leonardo DRS and Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), was appointed as vice president of contracts administration at Peraton, according to a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.

Bland most recently served as senior director of contracts and compliance at Leonardo’s U.S. subsidiary, where she led efforts to streamline contract workflow tools and processes to shorten the award processing timeline. She was also responsible for assisting in implementing strategies meant to enhance organizational structure, efficiency and best practices.

Prior to joining Leonardo DRS, Bland spent 11 years at Northrop working as a contracts manager in different divisions including civil information systems and missile defense and protective systems.

She has been managing contracts for companies in different sectors and developing her expertise in organizational transformation since 1999.

Bland’s earlier career includes eight years at AOL, where she assumed the roles of leasing specialist, senior contracts manager and director.
