Nicholas Warner, chief operating officer of SentinelOne (NYSE: S) since 2019, has been named president of the company’s security division.
Warner will focus on leading the development, expansion and delivery of autonomous cybersecurity offerings in his new position, SentinelOne said Thursday.
He joined the Mountain View, California-based software vendor in 2017 and previously held various roles at Cylance, McAfee and Websense.
SentinelOne added that it appointed Vats Srivatsan, former chief strategy officer at Palo Alto Networks (Nasdaq: PANW), to succeed Warner as COO.
Srivatsan served as president and COO at security startup ColorTokens, managing director of business operations at Google Cloud and partner at McKinsey & Co.
