The executive believes that SAIC’s decision to collaborate with Polaris to offer the latter’s DAGOR combat vehicle for the ISV program showed a “pivot” in its approach to military vehicle manufacturing, Inside Defense reported Sept. 6.
“This is a great example of that, where its a proven vehicle,” said Keene. “Our role is really to help engineer it, to strengthen the C4ISR and work with our partner in delivering a strong vehicle versus us owning the manufacturing of something along those lines.”
