His military career includes service as program executive for the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Sea-Based Weapon System at the Missile Defense Agency, commander of the Naval Surface Warfare Center and special assistant to the chief of naval operations.
He additionally serves as senior adviser to the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Missile Defense Project.
