Navy Vet Tom Druggan Joins Strategic Insight as Chief Strategy Officer

Tom Druggan, a retired U.S. Navy rear admiral, has been named the first chief strategy officer at consulting services provider Strategic Insight.

Druggan has technology and defense acquisition experience that aligns with Strategic Insight’s vision for serving current and new customers, the company said Monday.

His military career includes service as program executive for the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Sea-Based Weapon System at the Missile Defense Agency, commander of the Naval Surface Warfare Center and special assistant to the chief of naval operations.

He additionally serves as senior adviser to the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Missile Defense Project.

Arlington, Virginia-based Strategic Insight provides support to federal clients in various areas such as program management, digital transformation and strategic planning.
