The U.S. Navy has awarded a $99 million multiple-award contract to seven small businesses for pavement design-bid-build projects within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command’s southwest area of responsibility.
NAVFAC Southwest received 16 proposals for the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The Navy will obligate $3.1 million on this IDIQ and expects contract services to be complete in April 2026.

Command Performance Constructors
De La Fuente Construction
Martin Brothers Construction
Portillo Concrete
Romero General Construction
DOD noted that Command Performance Constructors will receive an initial $3.1 million task order to perform Reeves Boulevard repaving work at Naval Air Station Lemoore in California, with an estimated project completion date of January 2022.
The other contractors will get a minimum guarantee of $5,000 each at the time of award.
