The U.S. Navy has awarded 11 companies potential five-year contracts to provide technical and management support for the service branch’s information technology operations and research, development, testing and evaluation network infrastructure.
The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific received 36 offers for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts, which have a two-year base term and three option years, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Work includes security engineering/cybersecurity; operational and technical support; software development; systems and IT services; network operations; and networks and systems administration and engineering.

Cameron Bell: base value of $27.7M and ceiling value of $85.1M
DirectViz Solutions: base value of $26.6M and ceiling value of $81.4M
FreeAlliance.com: base value of $26M and ceiling value of $78.7M
Infinity Systems Engineering: base value of $30M and ceiling value of $92.6M
Information Systems Solutions: base value of $31.8M and ceiling value of $96M
Joint Tactics and Technologies: base value of $25.5M and ceiling value of $77.3M
New Directions Technologies: base value of $30.3M and ceiling value of $92.6M
Resource Management Concepts: base value of $28.1M and ceiling value of $87.2M
Sentar: base value of $30.5M and ceiling value of $94.8M
Strategic Data Systems: base value of $28.5M and ceiling value of $86.8M
The contractors will compete for task orders and perform work in San Diego through February 2022 under each contract’s base term and could extend through February 2025 if the three-year option period is exercised.
