NAVFAC received 22 proposals for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which includes a five-year option period, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Contractors will vie for task orders to build, renovate, repair, demolish and alter facilities within the command’s northwestern operations.

PME Construction won the initial $1.4 million task order to construct final denial barriers at the Manchester Fuel Depot in Port Orchard, Washington. The project is scheduled for completion in August 2024.
DOD noted the remaining nine awardees will each receive a $5,000 minimum contract guarantee.
