TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 8, 2017 The U.S. Navy has accepted the first guided-missile destroyer constructed by General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) Bath Iron Works subsidiary under the military branch’s restart of the Arleigh Burke-class ship development program, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The Navy said Monday the future USS Rafael Peralta recently completed at-sea and pier-side tests for operational readiness and will undergo commissioning later in the year.
