Navy Picks 2 Companies for $91M IDIQ to Repair AEGIS Combat System Amplifiers
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will involve fixingdouble-duty, water-cooled vane and single-duty CFA electron tubes, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
DOD said the service branch will obligate $781,699 to CPI and $997,644 to Stellant Systems to cover the minimum award for the first year of work performance.
Naval Supply Systems Command’s weapon systems support organization carried out the solicitation for the “limited-competitive requirement,” according to the award notice.
The two awardees will perform work at their facilities in Beverly, Massachusetts and Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
