Onyx Consulting Services, CSR Group and Ultimate Knowledge have won separate contracts from the U.S. Navy for cyber and information technology training services to the Marine Corps Forces Cyber Command.
The Defense Departmentsaid Thursday the Navy awarded $24 million to Onyx, $23.1 million to CSR Group and $21.8 million to Ultimate Knowledge to provide commercially available technical courses necessary to address operational requirements at national-level organizations that support cyber security missions.
The training program will cover basic level courses, intermediate level courses, opportunity level courses, opportunity areas from Pipeline 2.2 and other software applications.
DoD said the contracts have a three-year base period that will run through Dec. 9, 2019 and two one-year options.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific awarded the contracts through a competitive procurement process via the FedBizOpps website with 13 proposals received.
Contractors can vie for task orders throughout the ordering period and work will occur in Washington, D.C.; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Tampa, Florida; and Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific will obligate funds upon issuance of task orders from the Navy’s operations and maintenance budget.
