TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 13, 2016 ” The U.S. Navy intends to award a sole-source, fixed-price contract to Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) to deliver potentially 40 full-rate production E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft under lots 7 to 11, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
Northrop will be tasked to provide program and production management, systems and production engineering, quality assurance, integrated logistics and training support and support equipment under the contract, the Navy said in a FedBizOpps presolicitation notice published Tuesday.
