Contractors will compete for Lot II marine boatyard support orders to update, modify, repair or extend the service life of non-commissioned vessels that are 50 feet to 200 feet long and transportable via waterway, a trailer or roadway, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity also includes work on boats that measure less than 50 feet. Locations of performance will take place in Los Angeles or San Diego, California.
The Navy's Southwest Regional Maintenance Center received three offers for the IDIQ and the branch will obligate $10K on each contractor's initial delivery order.
DOD expects the base ordering period to conclude in December 2025.
