The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division received 11 offers for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and will provide a minimum guarantee of $2,000 to each awardee, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The service will obligate $22,000 in fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funds at the time of award and expects work to occur in Virginia, California, Florida, Hawaii, Washington, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Oregon, Japan, Spain and Bahrain through March 2027.
