Under the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the companies will provide services for new construction projects. The contract also covers renovation, demolition and repair of existing Navy installations in the NAVFAC Southeast.

The NAVFAC Southeast in Jacksonville, Florida, will allocate $7,000 from the Navy’s fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds upon award. These funds expire at the conclusion of the current fiscal year. Each of the seven awardees will receive a minimum of $1,000 upfront.
The contract was competitively awarded through SAM.gov using the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. Eighteen companies submitted their offers during phase one, while another seven sent their proposals in phase two.
