Rogers will oversee IT strategic planning and modernization, cybersecurity, digital and innovation, governance and operations in his role at SAIC.
He held IT, operational management, shared services and financial roles at Engility, which SAIC acquired for approximately $2.5B. He previously worked at Northrop Grummans (NYSE: NOC) IT sector as director of contract accounting.
