He will directly report to SAIC CEO Tony Moraco and succeed Bob Fecteau, who is set to retire in April, the company said Wednesday.

He held IT, operational management, shared services and financial roles at Engility, which SAIC acquired for approximately $2.5B. He previously worked at Northrop Grumman™s (NYSE: NOC) IT sector as director of contract accounting.
