Nate Foote Named BWXT Contracts & Procurement VP

BWX Technologies has appointed Nate Foote, who has been with BWXT for more than a decade, as vice president of contracts and procurement in government operations.

Foote announced his new position at the manufacturing and engineering services contractor in a LinkedIn post published Tuesday.

Nate Foote’s Career Background

According to his LinkedIn profile, Foote joined BWXT as an operations superintendent in 2013. Since joining the company, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, including operations unit manager, director of operations and general manager.

Before BWXT, he spent five years at energy technology and service provider Babcock & Wilcox, where he served as unit manager for engineering and technical services, manufacturing engineer and structural mechanics engineer.

The University of Akron civil engineering graduate has a master’s degree in business administration from Ashland University.
