Ames Research Center Facilities Support Services II Contract Scope
According to the solicitation notice issued on SAM.gov Thursday, the potential contractor will provide operations, maintenance and repair services to the 1,960-acre Moffett Field site, where the ARC campus is located. The 389-acre campus includes administrative offices, laboratories, computing facilities, research and mission support complexes, clean rooms, utility systems, utility yards, vaults, shops, warehouses, paved surfaces and other facilities.
The hybrid cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, a competitive 8(a) set-aside, includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Its minimum value is $5,000, but it can potentially increase to $100 million if all options are exercised. Contract work will be performed at the NASA ARC and the contractor’s facilities.
Interested vendors can send their proposals until Oct. 14. The contract is expected to be awarded on Feb. 1, 2026.
