Mustapha Ouchen
Mustapha Ouchen, a two-decade market development and sales professional, has been named director of international business development for Middle East and Africa at persistent surveillance technology provider TCOM.
He will be responsible for growing TCOM's operations and footprint in those regions, the Columbia, Md.-based company said Thursday.
Ouchen noted that the company seeks to expand into that part of the world to offer tethered command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms designed for applications such as border monitoring, counterterrorism and missile defense.
His career includes time at Aero Precision, Derco and Electro-Motive Diesel. Ouchen is a fluent speaker of English, French and Arabic languages.
He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Ecole Supererieure de Commerce in Marrakech and a master's degree from Lewis University.
