Management Science and Innovation has acquired Ascolta, an information security and software development services provider, for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its artificial intelligence and DevOps capabilities for industry and federal government customers.
Hampton, Virginia-based Ascolta has been delivering software design and development, cloud migration and DevOps services to government and industry clients since 2014, according to a joint release published Wednesday.
Ascolta helps customers address complex software problems by leveraging its experience in the Department of Defense’s Risk Management Framework and DOD’s software testing and deployment processes.
