Morgan Higgins, a principal at Blue Delta Capital Partners since 2019, has been promoted to partner at the Tysons, Virginia-based venture capital firm, GovCon Wire has learned.
Mark Frantz, general partner at Blue Delta, said in a statement published Monday Higgins is a recognized industry leader and the firm is excited to have her as a partner.
“The venture capital business is an apprentice trade and Morgan has put in the time and effort to learn our unique style of venture investing in the federal government market and to earn our investors’ appreciation by helping deliver exceptional returns,” added Frantz.
Before Blue Delta, she served as a middle market banker and executive director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a vice president and middle market portfolio manager at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, according to her LinkedIn profile.
